About the Role

McKula is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to join the team. This role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, Microsoft-based consulting services, and enterprise clients — with a clear path toward greater responsibility as the organization grows. You'll work closely with the team through a structured onboarding process, building product knowledge and customer relationships from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Customer relationship management, including proactive outreach and feedback gathering
  • Sales development and lead generation support
  • Participation in networking events and external representation
  • Marketing research across target industries
  • Assistance with outbound campaigns
  • Progressive responsibility scaling toward independent contribution
