About the Role

McKula is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to join the team. This role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, Microsoft-based consulting services, and enterprise clients — with a clear path toward greater responsibility as the organization grows. You'll work closely with the team through a structured onboarding process, building product knowledge and customer relationships from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Customer relationship management, including proactive outreach and feedback gathering
Sales development and lead generation support
Participation in networking events and external representation
Marketing research across target industries
Assistance with outbound campaigns
Progressive responsibility scaling toward independent contribution
