Incident Tracker is our flagship product — built in 2003 for University of Pittsburgh Resident Life and grown entirely in-house ever since. No outside development. No outside support. Every improvement, every feature, every fix built by the same team that started it.

What began as a single-campus solution for resident life incident reporting has grown organically into a platform trusted by 300+ organizations worldwide — driven entirely by word of mouth and the quality of the product itself.

The mobile app launched in Q1 2026 and is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
